When I heard the door buzzer go this morning, I thought it was the grumpy post man with a Dalek poster I am waiting for. It's the grumpy one who brings parcels in a van and a more pleasant fellow comes later on with letters and very small packets.
Imagine my surprise to receive a great big box from Steve Mays with a much larger than expected pack of coffee beans from his second home, The Coffee Zone, a place I would frequent if I lived in Jefferson City.
These are the beans that go to make Rocket Fuel, the tipple of many who visit the Coffee Zon and the reason for Mr. May's hyper personailty I reckon.
I shan't be trying them today, as I'm still feeling rough from last week and I want to savour the magnificence. I will of course be sniffing the pack all day long as it smells incredible. I really do have a thing about the smell of real coffee.
Thanks Steve and Taisir, I shall savour every sip
Oh, dear. I do hope the coffee lives up to your high expectations. It is not advisable to dip one's crumpet in this high octane brew.

Sounds tasty! Let me know when you get low and I'll send you some beans from Kansas City's Roasterie.
