You'd have to be a fan of Ashes to Ashes to recognise this, it's Luigis, the restaurant where the gang hang out after work and where Alex has a flat upstairs.

Today is the final day filing at this location according to Dean's tweet.  He's just pleased that they are all indoors, but the Guv's had a good kicking playing football apparently and has the bruises to show for it.
