Didn't do a roast today as I will be having one on Tuesday. I had some leftover curry from Friday in the fridge. One was marked chicken curry, mostly gravy. I've frozen the leftover saag sauce and decided to pull that out and put some potatoes in. Opened the chicken curry to find it was lamb Madras and lots of meat. I'm certainly not complaining, it made a lovely lunch.
Not touching alcohol today, I cut back on the beer after having wine with Welder and Pat so I would be up for my walk this morning. When I got up, it was so horrible outside, I passed on that.
Welder gave me some more lights which I've put round the fireplace and they've really made that feature.
Proper little Santa's grotto I have here don't ya think ?
