July the 4th

Well firstly, happy 4th of July you American fellows.  I guess you'll be having fireworks and corn dogs and Budweiser and everything...

Here it's just going to be housework and a bit of puter maintenance.

Welder's been whining, his phone and broadband are broke.  He's with Talk Talk who seem to be in techie meltdown at the moment, as OBC has no landline and hasn't for over a month.  The Brownhills area of our town have had broadband outages with Talk Talk and BT recently.

The welder did manage to get some pics through of him having fun in a little bit of sun over the wekend in the west country.

Pat told him to keep his shirt on as she didn't want him frightening the donkeys.

Now he's got no interweb, Pat'll have to go out and but some crayons and a colouring book to keep him occupied tonight or else it'll be "Pat I'm bored" all over again.

No hot dogs or fireworks this year, but we did have grilled sausages and some other lovely snacks. :)
